No Quibble Returns Policy
We hope you will be 100% satisfied with your product(s). However, we understand that occasionally you may wish to return an item. Under our no quibble returns policy you can cancel your order and return the relevant item to us within 14 days of the purchase date provided the item has not been used, is in its original packaging and is suitable for resale. You will be responsible for the item until it reaches us and must pay the return costs, accordingly we suggest you use a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon delivery.

Under these circumstances, refunds will generally be made within a week of the returned item being received by us.

Please contact us by email or telephone before returning any items, so we can confirm the return.

In the unlikely event that you have received an incorrect item, we will offer either a full refund or replacement. We will also refund standard return postage costs if we are at fault.

If you have received a faulty item, we will offer either a full refund or a replacement and we will also refund your return postage costs.

In the case of faulty goods we guarantee all items for a period of 60 days from the purchase date - this does not affect the manufacturer's warranty or your statutory rights. Our warranty covers all manufacturing defects but does not cover faults arising from negligent or improper use. Goods found to be faulty will be replaced, subject to stock availability. If, for any reason, we are unable to replace a faulty item we will issue a full refund.
