The majority of orders for delivery to UK addresses are dispatched the same day via Royal Mail or Courier services. Accordingly, if you have 1st Class delivery can expect to receive your items within 1-2 working days of placing your order. For unusually heavy items delivery may take an extra day or so – in such cases please contact us if you have an urgent order. The ordering process includes provision of your email address, so if any delay is anticipated we can inform you immediately.
If you need to receive an item by guaranteed next day delivery and do not mind paying a bit extra, just give us a call and we'll do our best to arrange this for you.

All UK Delivery costs are closely aligned to the Royal Mail costings based on weight plus a small element to cover packaging. Similarly all overseas costs for items of a combined weight upto 0.8kgs are also based on this principal. Any Overseas pakages over 0.8kgs are based on a courier rate and we reserve the right to amend this to cover the cost at any time or cancel the order if it can not be economically delivered. If you are unsure of any overseas delivery cost please do not hesitate to contact us.
No Quibble Returns Policy
We hope you will be 100% satisfied with your product(s). However, we understand that occasionally you may wish to return an item. Under our no quibble returns policy you can cancel your order and return the relevant item to us within 14 days of the purchase date provided the item has not been used, is in its original packaging and is suitable for resale. You will be responsible for the item until it reaches us and must pay the return costs, accordingly we suggest you use a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon delivery.
Under these circumstances, refunds will generally be made within a week of the returned item being received by us. <

In the unlikely event that you have received an incorrect item, we will offer either a full refund or replacement. We will also refund standard return postage costs if we are at fault.

In the case of faulty goods we guarantee all items for a period of 60 days from the purchase date - this does not affect the manufacturer-s warranty or your statutory rights. Our warranty covers all manufacturing defects but does not cover faults arising from negligent or improper use. Goods found to be faulty will be replaced, subject to stock availability. If, for any reason, we are unable to replace a faulty item we will issue a full refund.
